Powder coating is 2-3x more durable than traditional liquid paint. It resists chipping, scratching, fading, and wear. With proper prep, powder coating can last 15-20 years outdoors.

Yes! We can match any RAL color, Pantone color, or provide a sample for us to match. Custom color matching adds lead time and may have minimum quantity requirements.

Yes, old paint, rust, and contaminants must be removed for proper adhesion. We offer sandblasting and chemical stripping services to prepare your parts.

Yes! Aluminum powder coats beautifully. It requires proper pretreatment (chromate conversion or similar) for best adhesion. We handle the entire prep process.

Gloss finishes are smooth and reflective. Texture finishes (wrinkle, hammer, sand) hide surface imperfections and provide a tactile surface. Textures are popular for industrial equipment.

Minor damage can be touched up with matching touch-up paint. For significant damage, the part can be stripped and re-coated. Unlike paint, powder coating doesn't peel in sheets.
